Hailey Clardy
Owner & Licensed Esthetician
Hailey founded the Glow Haus with the hopes of bringing luxury to Oak Island at an affordable cost. She brought white-glove luxury all the while meeting her clients where they're at. She specializes in facials and brow & lash enhancements.
Hailey runs both the Oak Island and Raleigh locations but will be mainly in Raleigh as of 2026.
Maddison Greenlee

I’m Maddison, I’m originally from Bristol, TN. I will be getting married next October. My fiancée Matt and I have a 3 year old German Shepherd named Bluey. I am specializing in Facials and Waxing.
Maddison is at the Oak Island location.
Kaylee Arquitt

Hello Everyone, my name is Kaylee! I am from New Bern, NC and studied esthetics at the Aveda Institute of Wilmington! I have a sweet ragdoll kitty named Charli and she is my pride and joy. I will be specializing in facials, and lash and brow enhancements! Can’t wait to see you all in the Treatment Room!
